These sessions begin with an astrological connection to the Full Moon and offer ways to learn, grow, and expand with these energies. My pronouns are she/her. I’m an international yoga teacher, storyteller, speaker, and guide for transformative experiences through yoga, alchemy and collective ritual. I’m the visionary and founder of Rasa Yoga, Mythic Yoga Flow®, and RITUAL 13-Moon Mystery School.
